WoW Is Getting WoTLK Classic Gold Xbox Adaptive Controller Support with Shadowlands Expansion
As with other MMOs that have been released, Blizzard's game-changing World of Warcraft launched on PC and didn't make the move to console. There are still no official plans for bringing the game to consoles for home use, but Blizzard's developers are planning to introduce controller support for the upcoming expansion.
A data-mining effort of the game's code revealed references to gamepad support, leading some to believe that an announcement for an Xbox console version of WoW was likely. But that's not so, but Blizzard will include support for the Xbox Adaptive Controller.
Writing in WoW's forums (via GamesRadar), WoW forums (via GamesRadar), community manager Kaivax said some people in the WoW community are using third-party add-ons , such as Console Port 39 to help with accessibility issues. The game's developer is looking to prevent this issue by releasing official buy WoTLK Classic Gold gamepad support.
