A LITTLE BIT ABOUT ME

Hi all! My name is Alexander and I have 15 years of experience in the F&B industry across two countries. We are a bar and restaurant where you can unwind with your friends and loved ones after a hectic day at work.

Our dishes are a mix of traditional pub fair, with our own spin, including spice. For a touch of difference and to showcase international flavours, we have brought traditional West African and South African dishes onto the menu, showcasing the fresh easy flavours, that leave your tummy satisfied and your palate invigorated.

I enjoy exploring the flavours of the world and this is showcased in our buffets of cuisines that we host regularly.

We use Western Australian fresh produce for our salads and meat selections.

Our team is a fusion of cultures, exploring the flavours across 3 Continents and infusing them into the food we serve.
