Guys if Nba2k21 was deleted. Can I lose my mycareer?

Save files are different than the game install itself. If you'd delete it you can submit a ticket at the nba 2k website. I've spun the wheel twice and won ( Free 2k Shoes & Free NBA Store Item ) but once I go to select something shows up. I've looked everywhere in the store and nothing is free.
