Ratings Too Damn High

Does anybody else feel that the NBA 2K overalls for gamers are infltated? I know there's sliders for the progression rate but even then I really don't feel that helps this much. It just delays it in 5 years. I remember playing older nba live and 2K games such as nba live 2005 that had much fairer overalls. By way of instance, Ron Artest was the year's player along with an all star in 2004 along with NBA 2K MT Coins his overall was just 69.

I feel as with current games the ratings are inflated because a lot of current players grew up enjoying live/2K and having a low rating has a stigma to it. No one would like to be a player that is good and a 69. So I have been thinking for nba 2K21 if it came out now, what would a fairer evaluation system look like? It broke down to these categories. That said, here is my take for the 2020 nba starters and a bench and role players to each NBA team. I did all of the starters and up into the guy if I knew the team well enough. This listing doesn't account so a few of the starting lineups I had to mess with what I thought was the ideal fit for the team.

For example, even tho D. Rose is obviously the best suited for the beginning PG function, I believe its safe to state with his prior injury history that he should come off the seat. I tried applying that for the majority of the teams that have severe injuries to their own player (i.e. Brookyln Nets). These evaluations also don't account for players who are injured and what their upcoming general may be after they come back from their injury, how well they have been playing before their harm (John Wall, KD, Klay, for example). So again, take this with a grain of salt. I tried my very best sticking to the rules I put above.

The issue with their profession system is chiefly due to potential. They need to find a way to make it based on performance or something. They provide almost every young player a possible rating that they ultimately achieve. This also goes for rookies. Years a lot of teams, into a MyLeague now have 6th mans that are 85+ overall. For sure. The reason MyLeague becomes so dull after a is because every player using a pot score becomes a superstar. I believe just like 2K should give more significance to the front office because they are those that scout and draft players in real life. By way of instance, a front office should get a chance of creating a bust compared to Buy 2K MT a scout with A- mark. I feel like attributes such as these would make the mode fun and realistic.
