How to replace the saw blade of a tile cutting machine The tile cutting machine is a commonly used cutting tool for processing tiles. As we all know, if the saw blade of the cutting machine is used for a long time or used improperly, it is easy to be damaged, and it needs to be replaced if it is damaged. So how to replace the saw blade of a tile cutting machine?
1. Disassemble the saw blade. The cutting saw itself is marked with the direction of rotation of the saw blade. The thread of the clamping nut that fixes the saw blade is opposite to the direction of rotation of the saw blade, so that when the saw blade rotates, the bolt tends to tighten with the rotation. When disassembling and replacing the saw blade, first fix the saw blade with a wrench, and then turn the nut on it in the direction indicated by the arrow on the cutting blade itself to remove the saw blade.
2. When installing the saw blade of the tile cutting machine, be sure to pay attention to the direction of the arrow marked on the saw blade. The direction of the arrow marked on the saw blade must be consistent with the direction of the arrow marked on the outer cover of the saw blade.
3. When disassembling parts, mark them in the order of disassembly and record the parts.
4. Replace the new diamond saw blade.
5. Reinstall the parts in the reverse order of disassembly and mark them.
6. Tighten the fixing nut.
7. Test run and check whether the saw blade rotates smoothly. The saw blade is replaced.
