The issue was later fixed to where you from Devon's blog

The book Blood, Sweat Diablo IV Gold, and Pixels in the book Blood, Smudge, and Pixels, chapter 4 on the calamity that was Diablo 3's release tells the story of how a Blizzard designer played with the game for literally hundreds of hours, before they discovered a rare loot. The moment that the orange light emerged from an opponent, he walked towards the treasure only to discover that his character could not even utilize it. The loot system was so fundamentally broken that the tension of grinding for hours, after which relief of finding something that was truly special was broken.

The issue was later fixed to where you were able to only find certain tiers of loot that could be used by your specific class, and also the rate at which the legendary items dropped increased. This meant that even though the legendary items you'd be getting did not break the game yet, you could occasionally experience a tiny dose of dopamine in order to keep your hands on the rope.

When Diablo 4 gets that right and features a similar loot system to that of Loot2.0 from Diablo 3, then we're already concerned about how long we'll be able to spend playing the game. Diablo 3's disaster is arguably the best chance that has ever happened to the series on a continual basis. Combine this alongside that with the Immortal controversy, it feels like Blizzard has a simple list of potential potholes to avoid if it's to remain at the top of the list of it's customers who are the best of its.

The Diablo 3 community is very vocal about what they don't like and has been for the entirety of the entire life of Diablo 3, so we're hoping Blizzard will take it into consideration from players fortunate enough to experience large portions of the game prior to its release buy Diablo 4 Gold. We'd wager that Blizzard isn't happy with the torrent of leaked footage that has been surfacing in the wake of one of these test results.
