To get to the manor, it's quite simple. Make your way to the western shore of Liurnia lake and proceed toward the north Elden Ring Items. Ruins seem to block your route however there's an illusory wall along the northern side that vanishes when it is attacked or crushed. Be careful when approaching the manor in the first place, however, it's clear the Carians do not like visitors.
This small area is tucked off beneath the cliffside in the southern portion of Liurnia. It is accessible from the lake and walk up to the village within of the hollowed-out mountain. There's little to do aside the possibility of meeting with Nepheli, and taking out a mini boss The area is also the home of one part of the Haligtree Medallion, needed for an undiscovered endgame zone.
It's probably not advised to go to Raya Lucaria Academy or Caria Manor if it's your first experience, however, if your hit an obstacle with one of the players in these areas or you want to explore something different and exciting, you'll be able to get to Altus Plateau without using the Grand Lift of Dectus.
From the northwest end of the lake, go up the ravine and you'll eventually reach a shack with an incline on a structure behind it. The path from here is fairly straight, although there are a few difficult enemies to face when you travel through Elden Ring Runes for sale. Most notable are bat-like opponents that prefer to remain hidden until the very last second.
