I'd like to bring my combat level to 100, and be able to fight, but not increase any combat-levels, so either my attack, strength or defense must be at 99. I would also like have 99 prayers if it's possible. What is your opinion on the best prayer? Plus 100 other combat tips.

Idk, all of them are so limited and, personally, Id prefer twenty str. 99 attacks, but you won't get much else with it, except the possibility of osrs accounts for sale using a rapier instead of a staff. Staffs aren't particularly efficient. But , then again, neither is 20 strength so idk.
