Blizzard is currently working on the 2.3 update for Diablo II: Resurrected, which is expected to be released in December. One of the most significant new features is the addition of an action/skill bar (which will utilize the entire function key range), which will eliminate the need to constantly swap abilities when playing with a keyboard and mouse.
