Very inexpensive
RuneScape 2107 gold and non degradeable, the only good thing is it has the best prayer bonus but bad defence, I would not reccomend. In training, def does not mean crap. Str and prayer matter more, therefore Prosy over Guthans Plate. My prayers, if used consistently (only a shield pray), wipes out my beg to 0 at a minuite or two. I flash protect prayers (on just b4 opp atksoff only after), and with 2 pray containers, it can last for well over the time that it takes for me to get whole inv, or so.
If I don't have good def, the couple seconds of lag wud imply the reduction of half of my bank lol. If I do switch on my pray continuosly, it would finish by the time I get 2-4 kills. (blue drags) and with experts, id get a few additional seconds, and I rly wudnt be able to maintain potting pray cuz its expensive too... However ty anyways.
I would certainly recommend doing the Fremminik Quests. They are great fun and supply you with a Neitiznot Helmet, which is most likely among the greatest helmets . Secondly, since you've got a budget of 1mil I would recommend doing Barbarian Assault so that you may get the Fighter Torso. It does not cost any money, it gives great Strength bonuses and looks alright.
Dragon Platelegs is great. Amulet of Glory is good. Another economical yet effective alternative is the Explorers Rings. Obby cape is great. Dragon boots is great (when you get them) For the weapon I would definitely go to get a whip and/or a Dragon Scimitar. Monkey Madness is required for your own Dragon Scimmy and it does take some time but it's definitely worth it for training Power.
Dragon Defender is great (after you FINALLY get it). Additionally to get a fantastic set of gloves I advise doing RFD for Dragon/Barrows gloves. For them you want to perform Recipe for Disaster, and I certainly suggest that you do this
buy RuneScape gold to the highest you can...
