About 25k+ exp an hournice and cheap, you don't need to concentrate much. Soul wars is only great for level 85+ stats for acceptable exp prices.
Ammo- Anything below iron for arrows (or mithril), but that I say not to utilize a msb, since no shield defence. Any bolts below steel because of price. Any knives under iron is cost effective. Or steel darts (Surprisingly good). Kebbit bolts, inexpensive ones. Weapons- Now, I say when I was training my range on and off with these approaches (I trained many with holy clay+cannon [such as 600k exp an hour easily 1exp to 4gp loss LOL, that's why I'd spare sc pts]) I'd certainly reccomend steel darts or a hunterscrossbow (rapid) They are inexpensive to use and effective exp. Steel darts and the hunters rammed in round the same exp at high levels 40k+, darts sometimes slightly greater.
MSB using mithril arrows, I took in damage more - was not worth it. Though I did get slightly better results, I still hold my ground. Bronze knives, yes lots of individuals suggest them, but they really are worse then seekers crossbow, or the steel darts due to accuracy. Crossbow, with wide bolts this may be a wonderful thing + soul wars, but you need to aim for low levels who have LOW defence // piles of exp, might need zanicks crossbow(exp from crossbow alone is TOO slow). Chinning, in soul wars chinning the reduced levels is great at virtually any level, but expensive unless you have mounds of clay that is holy pts.
My 3rd step would be cooking Monkfish from 90-94 Cooking. The difference between Cooked Monkfish and Raw Monkfish equals 48gp so cooking 17,322 for 94 Cooking will lose me 831,456gp. My final step is Sharks from 94-99. They're a 46gp difference so cheap RuneScape gold cooking 24,238 will only lose me 1,114,948. Please inform me if I calculated this particular right.
