The zombie monkies right downstairs of these guards are extremely good, too. Do not overlook your salve ammy (cause they are undead), and a couple of additional prayer potions incase you can't get through the
RS gold defenses in time to recharge in the alter. Bandits are always another choice, just should wear a god item so they wont stop attacking you. Also a fantastic idea to attract guthans, or a few bunyips so you can expand your stay.
Armoured zombies are always a great picked, too. Just need to have completed Defenders of Varrock. Proceed through the trap door at the madness temple at the wild. Since they are undead, it is a fantastic idea to bring a salve ammy (e) to get a 20% attack and strength incentive. Fantastic spot for bones to peaches, too, since they drop bones and they're a great deal of bone respawns just at the temple. Additionally, it is likely to use prayer here, and their drops often pay off the potions easily.
If you are into summoning, waterfiends could be helpful to try. About 80 percent of the time they will fall a red charm, and also their drops are not that bad either. They're just down the whirlpool you obtain access to while doing barbarian training. Be use to utilize crush strikes on them, they are very resistant to any thing else. Bunyips are GREAT here, their particular lets you eat raw fish to cure (they fall a lot of them), and if you dont have to heal, you can use the raw fish on it to turn them into water runes (they also fall a lot of water runes).
Ghostly warriors drop tons of runes, and therefore are fairly good exp, too. All you need is jenica's ring after finishing summer's end, and use the portal near the axe hut. It would be a fantastic idea to deliver a fort bracelet with you, in case a rev attempts to teleblock you and you can't get in the portal. Giant skeletons in Damis lair are very great, too. They respawn VERY fast. If you're in a world with about 1600+ people, even only 2 minute will keep you assaulting none stop. They fall just a few runes and gems, so not just the best, but the exp is definitely something to consider.
Guess that about sums it up. Attempt to use super strikes when you are training, you're hit much more often and gain much more exp\hour. Cheaper than using the
OSRS buy gold super strengths, however, it will about as good as a job. Likely a few great things I didn't know about\forgot to mention.
