Together with nearly all articles that I play in
OSRS gold not existing in rs2, alot of this content I participate in isn't completly nostalgic. Do these players even exist? In that case, would like to hear about your ideas and experiences about Runescape. What pulled you? Thoughts on content? Barriers? Why in the world would you do this to yourself?
Any insight would be G. I only started playing with the release of graduated and mobile to runelite. For reference I am 32 so would have been an older teen when rs2 was flourishing 2005-6 as I know it. The impression I get is that the majority of people here played with it in their childhood preteen years and came back to it.
So I have no nostalgia for Runescape as such. I seriously only chose to play it since the memes were spicy. I continue because at its simplest I like"haha amounts go vroom", but to expand on that I have finally gotten to a stage where I could start doing some bossing and also completing goals, and I'm really loving that. Got my qpc lately and now on the mill for diaries. Having these goals keeps me going even if some of the grinds are absolutely dreadful and were likely outdated gameplay even back to rs2 (badly, mage training arena, what the fuck is the garbage?).
I am pleased with updates. Having no nostalgia related to Runescape and no expertise with the EOC update or eliminating free commerce and wildy pking and the rest of the contentious changes that drove the previous players off, I find that lots of times I am in debate with a large majority of people here with regards to proposed content and upgrades. I am all for new abilities and modernizing Runescape, but I know why the people with nostalgia for this need to maintain it"oldschool". Im open minded to abilities from RS3 like dungeoneering and summoning which I never experienced but sound pretty damn neat imo. Which again, is in opposition to most people here.
As it's Runescape is tedious and I feel as if you need to
buy RuneScape gold be a certain kind of person to actually enjoy it. I tell my friends not to attempt it cause they hate it. Hey ask away if there's anything else you wan na know from my perspective, although I du n, kind of a ramble. I have gathered that it's not common.
