Cody Bellinger injury update X-rays on k from John Short's blog

Dodgers outfielder Cody Bellinger, one of MLB's hottest hitters in the early going this season, left Monday night's game after a taking a 96-mph fastball from RedsstarterLuis Castillo squarely onthe right knee in the bottom of the third inning.

The good news for the Dodgers: X-rays of the knee Auden Tate Jerseys were negative, a result that manager Dave Roberts described as a best-case scenario (per SportsNetLA).

Bellinger x-rays on his knee are negative. Hit him flush on his knee but its not broken. Roberts said this was best case scenario.
