WOW TBC Classic Patch 9.1.5 optimizes some Sanctums from Jamesdarin's blog

These quests are also available in Ember Court scenarios for other alternate characters on your account.
Additionally, Temel will now sell a new favorite item called The Party Herald’s Party Hat. And the item bound to this account can be sent to other characters, and when any other character uses it, it can permanently increase their reputation gain in Ember Court by 30%. This item will Buy TBC Classic Gold also give Temel a new, fancier party hat, which you can choose to have Temel wear at any time in the scenario. When one of your guests is replying, he will not participate in your plan, and you will be prompted for confirmation while your plan is in line.
